Hi, I am so sorry about your house situaiton! I know this might seem simple, but have to tried speaking with them and filing a hardship letter and talked with someone to see if you can apply for a hardship program that they'd have already set up?
We did this and our mortgage still sent up (to 1600!!) but it helped almost 400 more they were going to do, and we would have lost our home for sure. We are in the same spot today, of not having all our house payment, and it's automatically going through tomorrow. We've talked with the company and the bank. It's been stressful. I know that the Salvation Army can help with a house payment or utility, and if they are out of fund's because it's the ned of the month, wait until the begining of next month an dsee if you can get the help then, put your name on as many lists as possible. Also , you might check with some churches in your area and ask if there's a benevalive fund somehow. Also, can you tell me where you live(city/ste) I can try ot see waht crisis help is available there.
